Certification in Frequency Specific MicroCurrent. Extensive training in the field of Functional Medicine, Environmental Toxicology, Saunas, Detoxification, Foot baths, work with Emory University Medical Research Center and the University of Miami Research Center.

Four years work/study with Mother Theresa and the Sisters of Charity, Service and Contemplative practice.

Extensive National/International travel- lecturing providing workshops on Mind-Body-Spirit. Current seminars include Stress management, Meditation, understanding the origins of anxiety and fear, developing a personal contemplative practice, and the development of inner peace. Future workshops will include guided wilderness trips (for self discovery and growth).
